Cheryl Pelavin Fine Arts stands as one of the contemporary art world's unique institutions. For twenty five years they have invited artists into their print shop to collaborate on monotype suites while expanding their commitment to facilitating the creation of art in a new medium for the artist and to further the artist's vision. Cheryl's objective was to combine Pelavin Editions artists' monotype production with an on-line extension of their TriBeCa gallery while developing the next generation of their website. We created a distinctive and unique showcase for their on-line works that is colorful and richly detailed and conveys a "painterly print" quality while retaining a sense of freshness and immediacy—like a monotype itself. The results have been widely acclaimed by the gallery's artists as well as by their collecting public. "One of our artists saw our new site and was so excited.
