Old Pueblo Museum/Foothills Center
Museum Identity Program & Applications
Identity Design A cornerstone of the Foothills Mall revitalization program was the introduction of the Old Pueblo Museum, showcasing permanent and changing exhibits of Southwestern history, culture, and natural science from ancient artifacts, gems, and minerals to contemporary arts and crafts.

Foothills Center/Old Pueblo Museum: Identity Program & Applications
The Museum first commissioned Design Latitudes to broadly research and develop the name for Tucson's newest cultural institution: Old Pueblo Museum.

We then designed and produced the Museum's comprehensive identity program and both print and environmental applications.

Our solution was to express the celebration of the rich local culture through southwestern vernacular graphics that would appeal to resident's, tourists, and museum aficionados alike.

We designed the poster for the Museum's inaugural exhibition by regional artist Jack Silverman who exhibited serigraphic studies of his archival collection of Native American art and textiles.
