Our initial goal was to evolve the site into a dynamic Gamblin web experience and to transform it into the leading site in its class. We focused on five functional areas that we are currently developing:

Site Branding
The site was redesigned from the bottom up in real time, working with the existing content but building a more emotional branded experience and integrating the new brand identity into the site look and feel.

Artists' Market Segmentation
Features and components of the site have been targeted to specific artists segments ranging from master, established and emerging artists to commercial, amateur and artists with disabilities.

Virtual Communities
Artists want to feel a part of the community and the Gamblin site has been designed to be a central focal point for artists sharing knowledge by including blogs, targeted newsletters and special offers, as well as online exhibitions that include the sharing of images and ideas and critical feedback about painting processes and materials.

Market Portals
The site has been structured to provide specific market-segment based portals that enable visitors of a particular profile to go directly on the site to an area that is customized to their needs—such as artists, retailers and educators.

Customer Service
Gamblin has always excelled in customer service for the art community and the site is a dynamic assemblage of technical know-how, interactive color devices, streaming videos and online instruction.
